BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING MINUTES

January 20, 2010

President Joe Sheare was unable to call the meeting to order due to failure to have a quorum of Directors present. Joe terminated the session at 8:15pm.

Participants: Joe Sheare, John Foulkes, Tom Bell, and Igor Conev (Mann Properties).

Board Members Absent: James McDonald, Lou Napoli, Mike Bufano, and Bob Siskind.

All agenda items from this meeting will carry over to the next Board Meeting.
